5.1

Mayor Colin Grantham

• Recommendation

  THAT: the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc enter into a Service Delivery Agreement (SDA) with Strathroy-Caradoc Housing (SCHC) for the administrative duties of financial management/reporting and clerical, and further;
  
  THAT: the loan agreement for the $1.2 million dollar loan be formalized and SCHC begin repayment of that loan, and further;
  
  THAT: SCHC begin repayment of the $2.0 million temporary loan through the funds in the chequing/savings account ($681,239.57) and the Mortgage Holdback account ($362,270.00), and further;
  
  THAT: any future HST rebates be applied to the remaining loan balance.
