Recommendation
THAT: Report BBP-2014-10 including all of its attachments be received by Council for information; and further,

THAT: Council direct staff to continue to proceed with further analysis respecting the recommendations for growth regarding the Strathroy Settlement Area as contained within the November 2023 Stage 2 Evaluation Matrix by WSP; and further,

THAT: Council direct staff to continue to proceed with further analysis respecting the recommendations for growth regarding the Mount Brydges Settlement Area as contained within the November 2023 Stage 2 Evaluation Matrix by WSP; and further,

THAT: Based on the further analysis, staff prepare the Draft Planning Justification Report and Draft Official Plan Amendment to be presented for further consultation and presentation at the statutory required Public Open House and Public Meeting, prior to consideration for Council approval.
