Vice-Chair Brennan confirmed the Board attendance noting that Chair Hall was absent with notice.

8.1

Police Board Policies and Diversity Plan

Chief Campbell suggested having Board members have a conversation with the the Board Secretary and that there be a report brought forward to a future meeting bringing forward a recommendation as per the appropriate action.

Mount Brydges Satellite Station

Mayor Grantham spoke to the Mount Brydges Satellite Station.

In Camera Report 

Vice-Chair Brennan noted that the Board moved into closed session to discuss the following:

• One item in accordance with the Municipality's Procedure By-law (to approve In-Camera Meeting Minutes)
• Two items pursuant Section 44 (2)(b) of the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019, as amended, regarding personal matters about an identifiable individual, including members of the police service or any other employees of the board.

  THAT: the direction in Closed Session be approved.
